This morning at 10.00 am went for a Dip with a NIP remembering Joan , Harper Valley. The water was freezing, took my breath away and left me with a sore head ! Worth every minute ! I would like to thank my family and friends for supporting me and British Lung Foundation. Thanks to everyone who supported me this morning This was for you, Joan.... Until we meet again. xx
